With more people needing the use of handicap parking spaces, unfortunately this privilege is being blantantly abused at the Skymark Plaza at Don Mills Road and Finch Avenue. Many legal permit holders are being deprived of this right and are often compelled to park at a distance causing them great hardship.

Part of the problem is that the property management company has not re-painted the demarcated areas, which have faded beyond recognition.

With the approaching winter, necessary steps should be taken to ensure that the law is adhered to.
