St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre is issuing an invitation for all to attend its 30th anniversary celebration this weekend.

The centre will host an open house on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with an official ceremony and unveiling set for noon.

The open house will highlight the agency's programs and services for seniors, caregivers and community members, such as home support, supportive housing, day programs, transportation, meals on wheels and food services, case management, health promotion and recreation.

There will be refreshments, food tastings, recreation demonstrations and prize giveaways for guests.

St. Paul's is now in development of Harmony Village - a 55-plus retirement residential building and community centre offering an upscale lifestyle condominium-like setting that features an array of services and amenities catering to older adults. Harmony Village is also poised to be Canada's first green retirement community by applying for LEED Gold Certification.

St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Seniors' Centre is at 3333 Finch Ave. E. at Warden Avenue.
