A Toronto man, who allegedly improperly touched a 12-year-old boy at the CNE, has been arrested and charged.

On Friday, Aug. 22, police responded to a call about a sexual assault at the Canadian National Exhibition.

Police alleged a man positioned himself behind a 12-year-old boy and touched him on the back. The suspect reportedly continued to follow the victim for a period of time after he left the CNE.

Witnesses told police that they witnessed a similar incident on Saturday, Aug. 30.

Police believe there may be other victims.

Saturnino "Nino" Alberi, 62, faces charges of sexual assault, criminal harassment and failing to comply with recognizance.
